i finally broke even

i read stinger88's pro college player thread, good stuff

it made me wanna try PLO, so i did. it was way different, but it seems like a lot of money can be made there

i'm gonna grind up through the NLHE ranks then probably try again

played cash today at felix's

won $40

total profit from live games:

+$90 (tournament, first, [100 won - $10 buyin])

-$10 (tournament, 3rd place [0 won - $10 buyin])

-$10 (tournament, 5th place [0 won - $10 buyin])

+40 (cash game [$60 won - $20 buyin])

total - $110

came in 5th place at felix's

blinds were 2000/4000 i think

i was UTG and i went all in with ATs and got called by KK

played 6man tourney at felix's again

came in 3rd

i went all in with mpwk :\

i played at felix's house yesterday

9-man tourney, $10 buyin

i won $100! i bought HEM micro with half the cash and will use the rest of the money for future buyins

i was reading an article on pokertrikz and i decided to really take poker seriously

i just made a $50 deposit on pokerstars and i plan to grind .01/.02 until i reach $100

(a total of $70 on pokerstars and $25 on cake poker = $95 lifetime spent on online poker)

so i really gotta be determined this time

about to play 9man sng

been looking into sng's because i might be hitting up home games more often
